MY NAME IS RAD
EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON THIS SITE WAS DESIGNED, WASHED, BLEACHED, SPRAY PAINTED, SUBLIMATED, SEWN, SCREENPRINTED, RIPPED UP, WEATHERED, AND SAFETY PINNED BACK TOGETHER IN MY HOME COUNTRY OF AUSTRALIA.
I am a queer non-binary self taught designer, screen-printer and sew-ist currently residing on the lands of Naarm, Melbourne. Whilst studying Acting in Brisbane, I often browsed websites like Jaded London, LNCO LA, Urban Outfitters, and even SHEIN, noticing their massively inflated prices. This inspired me to create my own clothing that truly reflected my style and what I wanted to wear. I fell in love with sewing and screen printing, using my own equipment and techniques and teaching myself.

WHAT NOW?
Currently I work in a shared studio space in Melbourne, creating clothing for a living. My art comes from a lot of texture work, at the moment i'm experimenting with making post-apocalyptic wear, clothes that come from a ruined and destroyed world. My aim is to inspire individuality and confidence in the alternative scene - I believe there's been a takeover of commercialism of what it is to be alternative and it's become a costume rather than a life style.
